This is at Powell's Christmas parade. 6 pm, cold, only lasts 20 minutes. Someone (hint, hint pink hat) was VERY crabby, probably because it was supper time....until Santa came. He was in an old firetruck that was the convertible type and Shelby was screaming and waving, "Hi Santa!!". Until he got close, then silence, then once he went by she started screaming again.Christmas Stroll
